Delivery & Returns


Our posting day is Monday. We have a little mobile Post Office (a van… It’s amazing!) that visits our village..

The post lady, Wendy, is lovely and doesn’t moan about the number of parcels we turn up with! It’s also great because there usually aren’t any long queues like we’d find at our nearest high street Post Office.

This is such an important service for a rural community, so it’s important for us to show our support by using it!

All items are posted Royal Mail, unless arranged otherwise, and we receive proof of postage for each one.

Our P&P charge not only covers the postage, but the packaging to keep your items safe too!


We will exchange items or give you a full refund for items, provided that they are returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

Please advise us the reason for return by emailing us at within 3 days of delivery of your item. You will then have a further 7 days to return the item. You must return the goods in original packaging. Please note all refunds will exclude original delivery charge. All refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment.
